At Infusions of Tea, we are dedicated to the promotion of healthy lifestyles and the celebration of life and friendships. We view the consumption of tea as a ritual that promotes self-reflection, social interaction, and lifelong health benefits. Infusions of Tea provides a vehicle for continued learning and exploration into the world's finest teas and tea related products. Given the increasing daily demands of today's modern lifestyle, it is critical that we all make time for ourselves and those we love. Tea, both the act of preparing and enjoying the tea itself, brings with it a deep tradition and history that many have studied and for a lifetime.

Our Teashop

Infusions of Tea is San Diego's Premier Resource for high quality, loose leaf teas from around the world. We invite you to come to our store to taste, enjoy and learn about fine teas. Infusions of Tea features premium teas, tea accessories, fine gifts, freshly brewed teas, pastries and sandwiches (sandwiches on weekdays only). Our tea associates are friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are here to service your needs, whether you are new to tea or a long time tea aficionado.

One of the highlights of Infusions of Tea is our tea tasting bar, where you can stop in by yourself or with friends to sample your selection of three teas from our menu. The tea tasting bar is based on available seating. No reservation is required.

Management Profiles

Ron brings to Infusions of Tea over 15 years of business development experience, where he created numerous research and development alliances between biotechnology companies and major pharmaceutical companies throughout the world. Ron maintains a strong interest in molecular biology and is currently reviewing the scientific literature on the role of tea flavonoids in cancer and cardiovascular disease. Ron holds a M.S. in Microbiology & Immunology from UCLA.

Emilie lived for several years in Tokyo, Japan, where she honed her interest in the Japanese language and culture. In college, Emilie majored in East Asian studies and also participated in athletics as a member of the Women's Golf Team at the University of Southern California. Emilie is a graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and was employed for over six years as an attorney in business immigration law. Emilie imparts a strong desire to educate others about the importance of self-reflection, healthy lifestyles and an enjoyment of those in the company of tea.
