Description Brewing Tips   Bring cool spring water to just before boil Place two bamboo scoops (about 1 tsp.) of matcha into a warmed and dried ceramic cup or drinking bowl Whisk vigorously using bamboo whisk (or use frother if available) until a fine foam is formed (the ideal consistency is if it can be formed into a small peak) Drink while warm For a variation, add warm milk or soymilk For matcha latte, pour whisked matcha over a glass full of ice, then add sweetener and milk to taste
