This CD is a guided meditation. The first track is an introduction to meditation. Meditation cannot be done incorrectly. It is like any other type of exercise; the more you do it, the more improvement you will see. You are assured to see improvement if you do the meditations regularly. In this regard, it is the same as physical exercise.

The second track, Relax Into Your Life, is a relaxation meditation that builds awareness of your body and helps to establish a strong mind body connection.
