This is a guided meditation cd. The first track is an introduction to meditation. Meditation cannot be done incorrectly. It is like any other type of exercise; the more you do it, the more improvement you will see. You are assured to see improvement if you do the meditations regularly. In this regard, it is the same as physical exercise.

The second track, Relax Into Your Life, is a relaxation meditation that assissts to build awareness of your body and helps to establish a strong mind body connection.

The third track, Heart Meditation, is a key element, which helps to release emotions that may be causing physical obstructions as well as mental obstructions as well as mental obstructionst. Rachel highly recommends that you keep a notepad by you while doing this medtitation to write your answers either during the meditation or after. This will help you reflect back on where you are are at emotionally and how you are changing.

The fourth and final track, Meet Your Guide, is a visualization technique, which will help you act from your feelings rather than react to them. It is a technique tht has been successful in creating healthier behavioral patterns.
