• Steep in 180 degree water for less than 2 minutes. Using water that is too hot, or oversteeping the leaves will make the flavors slightly astringent.
• When making iced tea, we recommend the hot steep method over the cold steep method.
• When making large volumes of this tea (e.g., for parties, etc.) we recommend erring on the side of using less leaf, not more.
