Too many syrup based chais found in coffee houses and fast food restaurants are full of sugar and lacking in real chai spice flavor. Our Chocolate Chai makes a dark, rich, satisfying brew. The fresh chai spices are bold enough to stand up to the excellent cocoa.

We serve it in the store with soymilk/milk and a touch of honey. Perfect for an after movie, "in from the cold" evening.

• take care when opening the package or tin, as the cocoa is a very fine powder
• steep in 200 degree water for 4 to 5 minutes, then add milk and sweetener to taste
• you may not want to use too fine an infuser as the cocoa may not steep through the filter
