Description Brewing Tips   Anxi (pronounced "ong-shee") is a famous tea growing region from the Fujian province in China. Our Anxi Oolong is lightly oxidized and hand-processed into tightly curled leaves which gradually unfurl with each steeping. The flavor yields a pleasant, slightly roasty taste that lasts throughout multiple steepings.
