Anxi (pronounced "ong-shee") is a famous tea growing region from the Fujian province in China. Our Anxi Oolong is lightly oxidized and hand-processed into tightly curled leaves which gradually unfurl with each steeping. The flavor yields a pleasant, slightly roasty taste that lasts throughout multiple steepings. We've found this tea is also great served iced.

• Steep in 190 to 200 degrees water for about 2.5 minutes
• Save the leaves for multiple infusions
• You don't have to use much leaf to get a satisfying, flavorful cup of tea
